I am proud of my Kentucky daughter and her 7th grade son for standing for freedom and against fear in Frankfort yesterday.
He is only doing online learning at this point, but the last 6 months of experiences like this have given him a great education in politics, the Constitution, and the responsibilities of freedom.
The second grader started in-school classes on Wednesday. He said the best part of the day was going to the restroom where he could take off his mask. He is a social creature and has been like the ghost of Marley in Scrooge wearing the chains of Lockdown since schools closed in the spring.
This lockdown madness constitutes the cruel and unusual punishment reserved for the worst of prison inmates.
